Thats brings to an end of the 1st session's play on Day 1 of Test 2
        in Calcutta
Earlier today Steve Waugh won the toss and decided to bat on a
wicket which seemed to have a lot of runs in it
His openers have lived up to his expectations with 41* each
Australia sending a lot of warning signals to the Indian bowlers
The morning session showed us 15 4s and a six off the last ball

Thats all for the day from Kolkata
The day brought us a very good innings from Hayden and also useful
        knocks from Slater and Langer
The main highlight of the day was Harbhajan'a hat trick
He got Ponting, Gilchrist and Warne...the first 2 went leg before
        wicket
Warne was caught brilliantly by Ramesh at forward short leg to give
        the hat trick
When all these happened, Steve Waugh was the non striker and as
usual held fort with the tailenders
Earlier in the day Australia decided to bat on winning the toss and
        had a great start
The openers put on 103 before Slater went back caught behind
The first 2 sessions obviously belonged to the visitors
The 2 sessions got them 193 runs for the loss of just the one
        wicket of Slater
But certainly the last session belonged to India when they picked
up 7 wickets giving away 98 runs
Thats when Harbhajan struck 5 times including the first Test hat
        trick by an Indian
Gillespie has given good company to his skipper with 6* off 45
        balls
Steve Waugh himself was not out on 29 off 81 balls
