On 26 September, Anil Kumble became the the first spinner ever to take 200 wickets in Limited Overs International cricket. He is the seventh bowler in the history of LOI cricket and the second Indian to do so.

Kumble made his debut on 25 April 1990 at Sharjah against Sri Lanka. Here are the details of his achievement, updated to the end of the second match between Zimbabwe and India in the current Hero Honda Series:
