ICC to announce new Match Referee Panel, Friday 1st March February 28, 2002 The ICC will announce the names of the five members of its new international Match Referees panel at 1430 GMT, London time, tomorrow, Friday, 1st March. The announcement will be communicated via email media release. There will be limited access to Malcolm Speed, chief executive officer and David Richardson, general manager cricket, for interview and comment at Lord's cricket ground, from 1430 onwards.
