Wisden Overview An ever-present in the Kenyan one-day side between 1997 and 1999, Alpesh Vadher began promisingly with 42 against Bangladesh on debut but did nothing more of any consequence until the 1999 World Cup when he made 54 against Zimbabwe and a career-best 73* against Sri Lanka. He toured Bangladesh, South Africa, India, Malasia and Namibia with Kenya, but dropped out of the reckoning in 2000 and hasn't played at representative level since. Martin Williamson
